Interactive White Board

I designed my interactive whiteboard lesson to accomodate students in a cognitive disabled classroom. It was a very fun assignment and I believe I made a lesson that would interest my students while at the same time help get their minds going in the morning.

I put a lot of effort into this assignment. I am not at all computer savvy so just starting this project was a little difficult. However, with the help of my professor and the Smart Exchange website I was able to put together a lesson that I am proud of. I spent many hours designing my lesson, and I even sought out my professor for additional help and advice.I had a little difficulty getting used to working with the software but once I got the hang of it I now am pretty good with it.

I am very excited to use interactive whiteboards in the future, and I believe this assignment had a huge impact on ability to design lessons on the smart board. I believe that the lesson that I made could be used in a special needs classroom and in the future I plan on using it. One of the coolest things that I received from doing this assignment is I now can teach others about interactive whiteboards and how to design lessons on them.

Overall, I am very happy that I now know how to make a interactive whiteboard lesson. I have downloaded the software to my home computer and I have designed many lessons for others classes since this assignment was due.
